Updating Your Course Information

If you are currently listed on the Northern Ireland Learning Opportunities database and would like to amend your entry or add new courses, simply complete an Amendment Form below and attach details of your changes.

You can send information in a number of ways:

  • Print or download your course records from this website, amend and send them back to us. To add new courses, you can use the Course Form below or send similar detailed information.
  • Email your course information. We can accept course data in a wide range of electronic formats, including MS Office documents (Word, Excel, etc), PDFs, database extracts.
  • Web Service. You can make your course information available to us using an XCRI web service.
  • Post your course information. Send us a copy of your current course brochure or information leaflets.
  • Provide us with your website address if your website contains full details of your course provision.

Once complete, your information will be updated on a range of NI and UK education and training websites including
NI Choices, NI Careers Service, EGSA and Careers Advice Service.
